• Saves you time when you get to the shoot from moving things, cleaning, or coming back to the property because the home is not photo ready
• Gets the property in showing condition that will make the home more marketable

The general guidelines for your prep list should include the following, in more detail:

• Removing indoor and outdoor clutter
• Turn on all lights in the home 
• Clean the home and clear off surfaces
• Spruce up the lawn and exterior, clean windows
